Here, the **Systems Manager** is a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategy and growth! We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people—so we warmly welcome you and your unique diversity. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Acting as the guardian of the company’s systemic architecture, ensuring efficient integration among back-office systems (finance, legal, etc.), platforms, and departments. * Mapping the current technology ecosystem to identify redundancies and risks, promoting tool unification and rationalization. * Leading integration between ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS), CRMs, SaaS tools, and legacy solutions—reducing complexity and operational costs. * Taking a holistic approach to connect Support Infrastructure, Development, Product, Data, and Security teams with business strategy. * Serving as PMO for multidisciplinary technical teams, ensuring governance, standards, and best practices across cross-functional projects. * Managing technology vendors, external integrations, and contracts. * Supporting strategic decisions regarding technological modernization, digital transformation, and internal system scalability. * Ensuring information security, compliance, and operational resilience across the entire ecosystem under your responsibility. ✔️ **What You Need to Have/Know/Be:** * **Project Experience:** Proven track record managing corporate systems projects and implementing/replacing ERPs integrated within complex ecosystems (CRMs, etc.). * **Systemic Perspective:** Ability to bridge technology and business—translating operational needs into efficient systemic solutions. * **Technical/Operational Knowledge:** Hands-on experience with support/helpdesk processes and internal infrastructure. * **Strategic Profile:** Mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and continuous pursuit of operational efficiency. * **Leadership:** Experience leading technical teams and cross-departmental projects. * **Communication & Decision-Making:** Clear communication skills with both technical and executive audiences, with decision-making grounded in direct business impact. * **Mindset:** Builder profile, integrator-oriented, and fully solution-driven.
