Job Summary: As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing, sorting, inspecting, and serving customers to ensure efficient product flow and proper maintenance of the warehouse department. As a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT, your responsibilities include: ● Greeting customers and guiding them regarding delivered products; ● Sorting ready-to-pickup merchandise for customer delivery; ● Processing exchanges; ● Promptly and efficiently handling sales of display products; ● Inspecting the assigned department/sections, and jointly assuming responsibility for opening and closing procedures; ● Inspecting sections, product arrangement, consolidation, alignment, packaging, and labeling; ● Sorting products requested for display; ● Unloading and organizing incoming merchandise from trucks; ● Conducting inventory counts according to schedule; ● Participating in performance review meetings with the Warehouse Supervisor; ● Performing maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse area.
