Lead information governance, support strategic decision-making, and structure processes within a solid and growing group **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate monthly management closing, ensuring deadlines, consistency, and information governance * Validate and reconcile critical financial and operational data * Conduct budgetary control (costs and expenses) and variance analysis * Monitor performance indicators by unit and business line * Develop management reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) * Integrate finance and operations departments, supporting process and system improvements * Support decision-making with clear, reliable, and standardized information * Lead and develop the controller team **Reporting Structure:** * Reports to the Finance Director * Interfaces with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in Controlling, Operational Finance, or related areas * Experience with management closing, variance analysis, and performance indicators * Experience in environments with multiple units requiring standardization * Practical experience in budgetary control (costs and expenses) * Advanced Excel skills and experience with management reporting; Power BI is desirable * Solid understanding of accounting, cost management, and corporate finance * Prior experience leading teams or providing technical coordination **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in automotive, retail, services, or high-volume operations **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Attendance Bonus; * Transportation Allowance/Parking (Free); * Education Assistance; * Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Unisociesc Partnership; * Sesc Partnership; * Fenabrave Gym Membership.
