Our commitment is to ensure fair processes and an inclusive environment where talent and initiative are the true criteria for growth. **Job Title:** Planning Assistant **Location:** Balneário Piçarras, SC – Hybrid **Reports To:** Planning Manager **Responsibilities** * Perform routine tasks in the Inventory Planning area, supporting the Analyst and Manager of the area * Update and maintain internal controls, reports, and spreadsheets used by the Planning area * Support the Planning Analyst in developing sales forecasts, as well as planning requirements for replacement parts (in-warranty and out-of-warranty) and technical product reserves * Assist in defining and executing actions aimed at balancing and optimizing inventory levels of parts and accessories * Support the development, updating, and monitoring of departmental performance indicators (KPIs) * Support demand planning for domestically sourced replacement parts and accessories * Monitor domestic manufacturing facilities’ part requirements and requests * Manage and monitor order fulfillment from technical service centers, ensuring appropriate service levels **Requirements** * High school diploma * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree is preferred * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * English proficiency is a plus Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
