Update and monitor operation follow-ups, ensuring proper control and accurate information entry. Verify and approve import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, BL, among others. Interact with shipping lines to confirm and verify sea, air, and road freight rates. Monitor inventory levels. Generate control and performance reports for import operations, keeping management informed about activity progress. Collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure import process efficiency.
