Develop and implement onboarding, training, upskilling, and continuous development programs for operational, administrative, and leadership teams. Design and implement job and salary structures, benefits policies, performance evaluations, and internal career progression. Supervise payroll management, time tracking, overtime banks, and social charges in compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. Implement and monitor organizational climate indicators, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. Manage conflict situations, warnings, and terminations with ethical and technical approaches. Promote internal communication initiatives, internal marketing, organizational culture, and employee recognition. Support managers in developing operational leadership through customized development paths and succession plans. Monitor Human Resources department results using KPIs. Purchasing and Supply Chain Establish and maintain the complete purchasing workflow (purchase requisition, quotation, negotiation, ordering, receiving, control, and storage), ensuring traceability and document compliance. Develop minimum stock parameters, ABC analysis, and sector-based consumption metrics, integrating with operations, maintenance, marketing, and sales departments. Manage supplier and service provider contracts, monitoring deadlines, deliveries, warranties, and performance. Implement budget control tools by cost center and integrate them with financial planning. Procure operational supplies, uniforms, PPE, retail store and food service products, printed materials, technical services, among others. Control material inbound and outbound processes, inventory counts, and stock audits, minimizing losses and waste. Monitor Purchasing and Supply Chain department results using KPIs. **Required Competencies:** Leadership experience in HR and/or supply chain roles, preferably within entertainment, tourism, events, or service industries; Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strategic analytical ability, positive influence, and systemic vision. Thorough knowledge of department routines. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Logistics, or related fields; **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in People Management or Strategic Management; Experience in dynamic environments with a results-driven focus. **Technical Skills:** * Labor legislation, eSocial, payroll processing, collective bargaining agreements, HR metrics; * Procurement processes, inventory control, negotiation, and cost-benefit analysis; * Office Suite (advanced Excel), ERP systems, time tracking, and document management; * Integrated performance management through indicators (HR and Purchasing KPIs). **Additional Information:** Company currently being established in the tourism sector in Itapema; Approximately 70 employees; Availability to fully dedicate to the company's implementation project.
