Structuring, standardizing, and monitoring HR and PD processes and workflows. Strategic involvement in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment of requirements and support for departmental needs. Monitoring the quality of departmental deliverables, promoting continuous process improvements. Focus on internal and external customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring agility and accuracy in solutions. Tracking KPIs and implementing best practices in people management and personnel administration. **EXPERIENCE:** Experience as an HR Leader – Generalist **REQUIREMENTS:** Solid experience in the field, with a strong foundation in people management. Thorough knowledge of Brazilian labor laws. Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection, onboarding, and performance management processes. Experience in payroll closing. Willingness to travel (when required). Driver's License AB – Preferred. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields. **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance (R$ 62.50/day) / Fuel allowance (R$ 150.00/month) / Dental plan / Health insurance / Life insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour break) / Saturday work is scheduled on a rotating basis (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC
