




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Tax Law, Tax Planning, or Human Resource Management is desirable; * Minimum 5 years of professional experience; * People management experience; * Data analysis capability; * Initiative/Proactivity; * Experience handling tax audits and requests for tax refunds; * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; * Responsible for monitoring the expiration dates of tax benefits and submitting renewal requests; * Analyzes the feasibility of tax benefits and new operations from a tax perspective, based on scenario simulation calculations; * Supports the Pricing and Procurement departments regarding inventory cost calculation and selling price formation; * Handles high-complexity notifications and tax audits at the federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as internal and external audits; * Responsible for consolidating performance indicators, creating, monitoring, and disseminating tax-related indicators, and analyzing their impact on the business; * Manages the department's budget; * Manages team leaders, including providing feedback, developing individual development plans, offering career guidance, recommending and requesting extension courses through HR, and scheduling vacations; * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and its impact on group companies; * Responsible for tracking departmental projects and service tickets. 2512150202201865748
