




Description: * Higher education completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economic Sciences; * Postgraduate/MBA desirable in Tax Law, Tax Planning, People Management; * Work experience: 5 years; * People management; * Data analysis capability; * Initiative/Proactivity; * Experience in handling audits and tax refund requests; * Knowledge of SAP \- S\-4 Hana. * Responsible for monitoring the expiration of tax benefits and renewal applications; * Analyzes the feasibility of tax benefits and new operations from a tax perspective through scenario simulation calculations; * Supports the pricing and procurement departments regarding inventory cost calculation and sales price formation; * Handles high-complexity notifications and audits at federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as internal and external audits; * Responsible for consolidating performance indicators, creating, monitoring, and disseminating tax indicators, analyzing their business impact; * Controls the department's budget; * Manages team leaders, responsible for feedback, development plans, career guidance, recommending and requesting extension courses to HR, scheduling vacations; * Keeps up-to-date with tax legislation and its impacts on group companies; * Responsible for monitoring projects and service tickets within the department. 2511130202461865748
