Job Summary: Field professional for technical support on pumping, pressurization, and electrical panel systems, ensuring operation, safety, and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for equipment maintenance and reliability Perform on-site technical support to ensure correct operation, safety, and reliability of pumping, pressurization, and electrical panel systems, through accurate diagnostics, effective technical interventions, and excellent service to HydroSystem and HS Pump customers.  Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency service calls, evaluating the operational conditions of installed pumping, pressurization, and electrical panel systems;  Diagnose faults, defects, or anomalies in electromechanical, hydraulic, and automation systems, proposing and implementing solutions according to technical procedures, internal standards, and safety requirements;  Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components, ensuring functional restoration and equipment reliability during service;  Conduct operational tests and technical validations after interventions, including electrical and hydraulic measurements, ensuring system efficiency, performance, and safety;  Perform comprehensive technical inspections, including pressure and flow tests, current measurements, and verification of operational parameters;  Record technical non-conformities, preparing detailed reports with clear descriptions, photographic records, and corrective action recommendations where applicable;  Record all relevant service information in the company's internal system, maintaining up-to-date technical histories of equipment and traceability of interventions;  Remove, install, and reinstall motor pumps, motors, and other equipment in accordance with technical instructions and current safety standards;  Guide and supervise the technical assistant during service calls, ensuring correct execution of tasks and compliance with established procedures;  Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of parts, tools, and equipment used during service calls;  Maintain organization, preservation, and appropriate use of tools, PPE, and the vehicle provided for field activities;  Ensure preventive maintenance of the work vehicle, reporting in advance the need for inspections, repairs, or identified irregularities;  Fulfill on-call duty schedules for emergency services outside regular business hours, as scheduled and directed by the technical department;  Act ethically, professionally, and collaboratively, preserving HS Pump's institutional image with customers. **REQUIREMENTS;** Education/Course: Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields **Technical Skills:**  Pumping and pressurization systems;  Reading and interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams;  Electrical panels and control systems;  Electrical and hydraulic measurement instruments;  Safety standards and PPE usage;  Recording technical information in systems or reports.
