JOIN US AND BE A SUPREMO STANDARD! **Responsibilities and Duties** Place traffic cones and ensure pedestrian walkways when necessary; Install hoses and/or pipelines, securing them at appropriate and safe locations; Dismantle and transport fixed pipelines installed on completed construction sites; Perform necessary lubrication of the pumping system after each pumping operation; Handle the flexible hose throughout the entire concrete placement process together with the site workers, when required; Carry out maintenance and cleaning of hoses, pipelines, and pumping equipment after each concrete placement; Keep the batching plant informed about discharge speed and possible truck shortages; Operate the concrete pump, if specific training is required; On days without construction work, perform minor cleaning, organization, and other tasks at the plant; Work at another branch in a different city, when necessary; Washing of the concrete pump truck. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education. **Additional Information** **Benefits that Make a Difference:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Meal Voucher On-site meal Transportation Allowance or Parking (at no cost) Health Insurance – nationwide coverage Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Life Insurance Access to gyms and wellness programs for you and your dependents Childcare Assistance Mamãe Supremo Program – special benefit for pregnant employees Founded in 2003 in Pomerode/SC, one of the leading companies in the sector in southern Brazil, Supremo Secil Cimentos is part of Molins, a global leader in innovative and sustainable construction solutions, driving carbon neutrality and the circular economy.
