Here, you will support our import operations, contributing to each stage of the international process happening with agility, security, and precision. What You Will Do:** * Support customer service and monitor import processes. * Create shipping bills of lading and provision taxes in the Conexos system. * Track and update cargo status (daily tracking). * Manage documentation: Import Licenses (LI), Annex VII, release instructions (Siscarga, MAPA). * Request and control cash disbursements, authorization for DI registration, and ICMS exemption where applicable. * Liaise with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure clearance and customs release. * Submit processes for invoice issuance, and track collection, transportation, and delivery. * Submit processes for operational closing and provide documents to the client. * Monitor processes with the Demurrage team. **?** **Requirements:** * Experience in this role. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of import processes and customs documentation is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. ?
