




Job Summary: The Support Technician with a Field Services profile will analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and requests in the technology area, managing the service ticket queue and ensuring full system functionality. Laboratory testing for hardware and software. **Overview** --------------- We are seeking a Support Technician with a Field Services (field) profile, responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and requests in the technology area. This professional will manage the service ticket queue via ITSM, overseeing the entire service lifecycle and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. They will also perform laboratory testing to analyze and resolve hardware- and software-related issues, provide end-user support, and ensure full functionality of the equipment fleet and systems. Residency in the **NAVEGANTES/SC** region is required. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Provide support to employees, ensuring all work equipment is properly functional and operational. * Manage service tickets and the support queue, ensuring compliance with agreed performance indicators. * Support other IT areas during crises, projects, changes, and technology environment testing. * Manage equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of each device. * Create, update, and execute SOPs for task execution and knowledge standardization. * Software installation and hardware maintenance **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Experience as a Field Technician or field technician. * Specific knowledge (tools, language, certifications): * Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration. * Experience with cabling and telephony is a plus. * Knowledge of Windows 10\. Ability to perform data migration, user backup, administrative tools \- \- and registry operations. * Basic Active Directory knowledge: adding/removing devices from the domain.
