KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive maintenance on computers Perform corrective maintenance on computers Manage inventory of peripheral devices Manage inventory of computers and mobile phones Assist users with software usage Create process manuals Assist in gathering requirements for purchasing new equipment Support outsourcing teams in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Create user accounts and manage access permissions Create email accounts Manage distribution, maintenance, and disposal of equipment (smartphones and other components); perform network equipment updates Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevated infrastructure to ensure network infrastructure functionality and integrity Process invoices and departmental bills; monitor backups, virtual servers, and network environments
