Optimization of organizational processes **Information Technology (IT) Assistant** **Location:** Itajaí/SC, Neighborhood: Salseiros **Industry Segment:** Naval Industry **Employment Type:** CLT, On-site We are seeking a professional to work as an IT Assistant, with a focus on System Development. This position involves programming, maintenance, and improvement of internal solutions, extending beyond technical support. We seek candidates with an analytical and proactive profile who already have developed projects (academic, personal, or professional). Main Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain internal systems and applications; * Create automations to optimize organizational processes; * Implement improvements and new features in existing systems; * Perform testing, bug fixes, and code validation; * Work on database modeling and manipulation; * Support system integrations; * Document developed code and solutions; * Provide technical support to internal departments in using implemented solutions. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Practical development experience (academic, personal, or professional projects); * Solid knowledge of programming logic and data structures; * Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar); * Knowledge of databases and SQL; * Familiarity with version control (Git). Advantages: * Active portfolio (GitHub or similar); * Experience with APIs and integrations; * Knowledge of process automation; * Understanding of software development best practices (Clean Code, versioning, and testing). Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM With a 1-hour lunch break.
