WE ARE HIRING ACCOUNTING/TAX ASSISTANT Work location: Navegantes – Santa Catarina Compensation: Salary to be negotiated Meal allowance: R$ 350.00 Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Responsibilities: * Perform accounting entries and accounting reconciliations. * Submit ancillary tax declarations and federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. * Calculate taxes under the Real Profit regime. * Carry out activities within the tax department, ensuring compliance with tax obligations. * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Work daily with Domínio and Totvs systems for accounting and tax routines. * Monitor changes in tax and accounting legislation, ensuring correct application in company routines. * Provide support in preparing managerial and accounting reports. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Accounting Sciences. * Experience in the tax department, including tax calculation under the Real Profit regime. * Experience submitting ancillary tax declarations and performing accounting entries. * Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal ancillary tax obligations. * Experience performing accounting entries. * Preferably reside in Navegantes – SC.
