Job Summary: A professional to provide technical supervision on construction sites, ensuring compliance, guiding teams, conducting site visits, and issuing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical reports and communication with clients **Responsibilities:** Provide technical supervision of construction projects after contract closing, ensuring compliance with approved designs. Guide the construction team on proper storage and handling of materials at the site. Instruct equipment installation in accordance with the design released for execution. Conduct periodic site visits, monitoring floor progress and identifying technical adjustments needed. Issue technical reports with photographic records of conducted visits. Record all activities and guidance provided on-site in the system, linking them to the client. Monitor construction and project progress together with the engineering team, maintaining technical alignment. Follow up on clients' technical requests with technical and commercial consultants. Conduct post-visit follow-up with clients via email, reinforcing guidance provided. Upload and review executive designs in the system according to engineering guidelines. **Profile:** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technician, or related fields. Experience reading and interpreting technical designs; Knowledge of equipment and temporary structure assembly; Preparation of technical and photographic reports; Basic knowledge of occupational safety on construction sites; Technical communication with clients and engineering teams.
