Main Responsibilities: * Perform routine administrative tasks in accordance with internal IT department guidelines and procedures; * Support ticket management, recordkeeping, and demand organization within the department; * Assist in organizing documents, reports, and internal controls; * Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures, adhering to discipline, occupational safety, and quality requirements; * Provide administrative support to the IT team. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines and computer applications; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication; * Familiarity with Occupational Safety regulations.
