Organize, file, and digitize documents. Support the administrative department in daily routines. Issue and verify invoices, receipts, or protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and e\-mails. Maintain documentation for construction projects. Schedule meetings and appointments. Assist in office supply inventory control. Provide support to other departments when necessary. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
