Preparation of reports and budget control The Administrative Analyst's mission is to support, organize, and coordinate administrative, financial, and customer service processes, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures. Work model: On-site Availability to work in Balneário Camboriú Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. * Provide in-person, telephone, and chat customer service, delivering information, guidance, and support for requests related to services and internal processes, ensuring quality and courtesy. * Guide customers on services and internal processes, supporting team management in handling requests, and registering and logging interactions to ensure system data is updated and accurate. * Support financial routines, including verification of amounts, cash opening and closing, accounts payable and receivable, as well as performing collection activities and advising customers on available payment methods, ensuring process compliance and efficiency. * Conduct training for employees and provide support for activities related to people management. * Monitor and control budgets allocated for equipment maintenance. * Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets to support management.
