Now, we want you to help us continue writing this legacy! **We are looking for an Operational Supervisor to supervise a production area, ensuring smooth process operation, people management, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop a team of approximately 70 people, promoting engagement and performance * Ensure smooth operation of production processes, asset stewardship, and area organization * Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and act promptly on deviations * Implement continuous improvements, always focusing on efficiency and quality * Mediate conflicts maturely, maintaining clear, respectful, and assertive communication * Make autonomous decisions, serving as the shift reference even without direct administrative support **Technical Profile We Seek:** * Prior experience in operational supervision or shop-floor leadership; * Solid experience in people and process management; * Ability to analyze KPIs and focus on delivering results; * Confidence to operate with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Industrial Processes, Production, or related fields). **Our company values diversity and believes in the potential of all individuals.
