**Job Description:**

Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with the company's strategic plan; Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and align job requirements—focusing on role expectations, desired budget, and business needs; Screening: post, evaluate, and analyze resumes to identify candidates matching job requirements and company culture; Use assessment tools and tests for candidates; Provide approval/rejection feedback to all candidates; Maintain up-to-date talent databases for positions with highest demand; Keep employee registration data updated and organized in the system, digital folder, and physical file; Schedule admission, role-change, and termination medical exams; Verify, control, and process payments related to area suppliers; Organize, conduct, and/or oversee employee onboarding processes within the company; Monitor expiration dates of probationary contracts, request evaluations, and define decisions regarding confirmation or termination; Conduct satisfaction surveys for the selection process and onboarding, designing actions for continuous improvement; Identify, plan, control, and promote technical and personal development training programs; Maintain the company's Competency-Based Management Program (competency selection and evaluation); Identify needs and develop training and development programs for employees (IDP, LDP, etc.); Implement initiatives supporting social and behavioral assistance to employees, recognition, and retention, per defined policies (e.g., OKEAN Program); Implement, analyze, and develop actions aimed at continuously improving employee engagement/satisfaction levels (organizational climate); Termination: analyze exit interviews, assess results, and propose actions to reduce staff turnover in collaboration with leadership teams; Prepare, organize, and monitor integration/celebration activities for special occasions with employees; Organize and implement initiatives focused on organizational culture and internal marketing, particularly internal communication of company-relevant topics to employees; Support and monitor implementation of People Management projects; Implement initiatives aligned with the company’s social responsibility commitments toward employees (ESG, etc.); Ensure compliance with legally mandated social programs (e.g., PwD, apprenticeship programs), including selection and qualification; Guide and train employees on company policies and regulations; Update and analyze departmental statistical reports, identifying opportunities and proposing actions to optimize KPIs focused on development, delivery, and retention; Identify opportunities, obtain approvals, implement, and maintain programs designed for employee recognition and/or benefits.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation;
* Recruitment and Selection techniques;
* Behavioral assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.).
