Organized control of logistical processes A transportation and logistics company is seeking an Operations Assistant in Itapema. Mond Shipping is a company specialized in maritime logistics and transportation. It provides integrated solutions for international trade, ensuring efficiency and safety in cargo operations. **Responsibilities:** Perform shipment tracking, monitoring ETA, ETD, berthing, and unloading. Confirm vessel berthing and notify FINOP to initiate release procedures. Update vessel/flight status in the system and/or control spreadsheets. Monitor schedule changes, delays, or early arrivals of shipments. Control deadlines for empty container pickup and return, as well as free time. Alert the responsible analyst about demurrage/detention risks and significant ETA changes. Maintain organized control over processes under your responsibility. Support the operational team with updated and accurate information. Previous experience as Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
