Responsibilities * Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads * Define funnel strategies (top, middle, and bottom) * Analyze metrics and optimize ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions * Generate reports and present results * Test creatives, audiences, and strategies * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams Requirements * Proven experience with paid traffic * Knowledge of sales funnels and basic copywriting * Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads * Analytical ability and performance focus * Organization and autonomy Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.002,92 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
