Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting departments **Position: Billing Assistant** **Location:** Cidade Nova, Itajaí – SC **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday until 17:00 **Job Description:** Responsible for performing the company’s billing-related activities, ensuring accurate recording, verification, and control of invoices, bank slips, and receipts. Support the generation of financial reports and the organization of accounting documents. Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure accurate transaction recording. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue and verify incoming and outgoing tax invoices; * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable related to billing; * Enter data into the management system; * Generate billing reports and assist in analysis; * Organize tax and accounting documents; * Support resolution of billing inconsistencies and discrepancies; * Assist in internal audit processes when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education, preferably with technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in billing or finance roles; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
