Create detailed schedules for maintenance activities, considering resource availability, equipment criticality, and production constraints. Monitor and analyze maintenance-related indicators to evaluate operational effectiveness. Participate in the preparation of the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources. Research and implement best maintenance practices to optimize processes, improve equipment reliability, and reduce costs. Facilitate communication between production and maintenance teams, ensuring mutual understanding of priorities and requirements. Coordinate contracts with external maintenance service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Assess risks associated with maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with safety standards. Investigate and analyze equipment failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
