**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Assistant Corporate Manager is responsible for supporting Corporate Relationship Managers in managing daily operations and providing customer service support. This role also plays a fundamental part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of portfolio and branch goals.

**What Will Your Day Look Like?**
As an Assistant Corporate Manager, your main activities will include:
* Supporting Relationship Managers—this includes assistance activities that help these professionals achieve portfolio goals. Such tasks involve administrative duties, preparing documents and contracts, analyzing data, and communicating with customers.
* Providing support in corporate customer service, aiming to ensure service quality and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Identifying new business opportunities among corporate customers to support achieving portfolio and branch results.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* CPA\-10 certification;
* Knowledge of the financial market.
It would be a plus if you have:
* CPA\-20 or CEA certification;
* Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies.
