Description: * High school and technical education completed in Occupational Safety. * Basic knowledge of Office Suite. * Knowledge of specific Occupational Safety legislation, accident analysis and investigation methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa. * Knowledge of the Senior System. * Class B driver's license (CNH B). * Analyze work methods and processes to identify risk factors for workplace accidents, occupational diseases, work-related illnesses, and the presence of environmental agents harmful to workers, proposing their elimination or control. * Conduct training sessions with employees. * Verify compliance with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements. * Identify ways to improve employee health and well-being in the workplace. * Implement accident and disease prevention programs in work environments. * Master the company's culture and processes. * Develop action plans to continuously improve processes and correct non-conformities. * Inform the employer, through a technical opinion, about existing risks in the work environment, as well as guide them on measures for risk elimination and neutralization. * Inform workers about the risks associated with their activities, as well as the measures for eliminating and neutralizing these risks. * Recommend, request, and inspect fire protection equipment. * Cooperate with environmental activities by guiding proper treatment and disposal of industrial waste, encouraging and raising worker awareness. * Distribute and monitor the use of personal and collective protective equipment. * Conduct technical visits, audits, and prepare inspection reports. * Recommend safety devices or improvements, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities. * Diagnose the need for developing specific institutional programs to combat harmful habits among company employees. * Prepare analyses of environmental aspects and impacts of activities, products, services, existing or new projects, aiming to generate information for compliance with applicable legal and corporate requirements. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities associated with the position held. 2511080202181794443
