




* Conduct inspections at workplaces, identify hazardous conditions, and take necessary actions to eliminate risk conditions; * Monitor changes in regulatory standards applicable to the company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation; * Assist in gathering information for preparation of labor defense; * Monitor technical inspections resulting from legal actions; * Train, guide, and raise employee awareness regarding mandatory and recommended attitudes and procedures for workplace safety; * Assist the Human Resources Department in assigning employees undergoing rehabilitation or returning to work; * Prepare training programs on occupational safety, including awareness and dissemination of safety regulations; * Inspect fire protection equipment to reduce risks, ensure safety, and maintain equipment validity periods; * Instruct employees and apply corrective measures for the use of PPE; * Identify unhealthy conditions and adopt protective, preventive, and/or corrective measures to ensure worker health; * Assist in preparing technical reports: PCMSO, LTCAT, PPRA, PPP; * Collaborate with CIPA programs, aiming to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents; * Analyze statistics on workplace accidents and absences due to occupational diseases, aiming to implement corrective measures; * Investigate workplace accidents, determine causes, and, if necessary, issue the Work Accident Communication – CAT; * Audit PPE delivery records; * Conduct or prepare materials for DS – Safety Dialogue; * Prepare training and safety indicators for activity report issuance.
