




Job Summary: The professional will supervise, inspect, and monitor sanitation services; coordinate teams; operate equipment; monitor water quality; and perform administrative tasks. Water quality monitoring and operation of technical equipment Supervise, inspect, and monitor operational, maintenance, and construction activities in water supply, sewage, road resurfacing, and water intake and treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards, and implementing corrective measures when necessary. Coordinate and support service scheduling by issuing work orders, allocating manpower, evaluating team performance and productivity, and training and guiding new employees. Supervise work performed by in-house teams, contractors, and subcontractors—including dams, wells, water and effluent treatment plants, distribution networks, and auxiliary systems. Operate specialized equipment such as ground microphones for leak detection; conduct technical inspections; collect and register data on networks and interferences; arrange photographic documentation; and prepare or assist in preparing technical and operational reports for Water Supply Systems (WSS) and Sewage Systems (SS). Monitor the physical-chemical quality of water and distribution networks by collecting samples, performing analyses, recording results, and preparing chemical solutions—with dosage control and assurance of minimum stock levels of products and supplies, in accordance with regulations and resolutions issued by regulatory agencies (CONAMA, FATMA, and Ministry of Health). Attend to customers, record incidents, monitor traffic-related events involving company vehicles, and report required actions. Periodically inspect equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), requesting maintenance, replacements, and minor purchases as needed, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and storage. Perform supporting administrative tasks, such as clarifying timekeeping discrepancies, collecting document signatures, conducting safety dialogues, reporting workplace accidents, applying disciplinary measures per HR Department guidelines, and managing uniform and PPE distribution. Drive vehicles in compliance with current legislation and produce maps and sketches using QGIS or AutoCAD. Work Schedule: Spanish shift (with occasional weekend and holiday shifts); Hours: 12:00–16:00 and 17:00–21:00.
