**Mandatory Requirements: ** * Team management experience * Completed High School * Knowledge of Excel * Organizational skills * Flexibility in work hours * Communication skills **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and promote environmental, health, and safety culture at the plant. * Ensure team work complies with technical, environmental, health, and safety standards. * Lead, develop, and train the team, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. * Clearly deploy goals and monitor individual and collective performance. * Align the team with departmental and company operational and strategic objectives. * Promote a daily 5S practice culture within your team. * Deploy project prototyping phase deliverables and P\&A targets according to plans, technical instructions, and quality procedures. * Monitor and validate daily production and quality reports/records. * Monitor performance indicators and take corrective actions when necessary (Accidents, Customer Incidents, Absenteeism, Downtime, Efficiency, IPPM, Audits, and 5S).
