CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (CIVIL)

**Job Description:** ---------------------- ABecker is seeking a professional to work as a Civil Construction Coordinator (PJ) to manage medium- and large-scale construction projects, covering all construction phases—from foundation and structural work (including precast elements) to finishing and final handover. This professional will be responsible for the overall project management, focusing on schedule, cost, quality, and safety, ensuring execution in accordance with planning and the company’s technical standards. Key duties and responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction phases, ensuring compliance with the physical-financial schedule, budget, and technical specifications. Review execution drawings (structure, foundation, installations, and finishes), promoting correct technical understanding, coordination, and field implementation. Participate in defining construction strategies, including solutions for conventional and precast structures, based on technical feasibility and productivity. Coordinate operational, technical, and subcontractor teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and disciplined execution at the construction site. Ensure execution quality and compliance with safety regulations. Manage material and supply flow to prevent stoppages and bottlenecks on site. Perform measurements, validate production, and monitor subcontractor contracts. Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date project management tracking.
