The objective is to ensure budget adherence and, when necessary, indicate measures to prevent cost overruns. Supervise construction execution, ensuring processes follow the approved design. The Construction Assistant must ensure construction complies with project specifications, coordinating teams to prevent execution errors. Prepare and update construction progress reports, identifying issues and proposing solutions. The Construction Assistant must ensure management receives clear, up-to-date information to support strategic decisions regarding construction progress. Ensure implementation of occupational safety standards, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable regulations and practices for worker and workplace protection. Safety must remain a constant priority, ensuring all parties involved in the construction comply with established standards. Map labor and material requirements, prepare and detail procurement requests for the supply department, ensuring hiring meets quality, timeline, and cost requirements, and monitor procurement execution to ensure efficiency and compliance with established requirements. Will handle daily tasks. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Experience or practical exposure to analysis and interpretation of technical, architectural, and structural drawings, with ability to identify inconsistencies and propose necessary adjustments. Experience or practical exposure to analysis of construction schedules, monitoring physical progress of works, and suggesting adjustments to meet deadlines. Experience or practical exposure to analysis of construction budgets and costs, including financial monitoring and proposal of improvements for resource optimization. Practical experience in construction execution processes, with capability to inspect completed work and suggest technical improvements. Familiarity with occupational safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality standards applicable to civil construction. Availability to work in Balneário Piçarras. **Desirable Requirements** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
