**Conasa Águas de Itapema is responsible for the water and sewage treatment concession in the city of Itapema (SC).** **The company was established in 2004 and transformed the municipality’s sanitation landscape**, significantly contributing to local development through high-quality water supply and sewage treatment. Conasa Águas de Itapema was the first concession awarded to the Conasa Infrastructure Group, which also operates in the highway and public lighting sectors, present in nine Brazilian states and contributing to national development through infrastructure sector investments. Apply now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform water and sewage sample analysis (pH, color, turbidity) and treated water analysis (pH, color, turbidity, chlorine, free residual chlorine, and fluoride), following predefined procedures—including sampling/receiving, preparation, chlorine dosage testing, diverse products, equipment, instrumentation, and process control. • Properly dispose of waste generated from tests and analyses, in accordance with established procedures. • Verify calculations from performed analyses, prepare control spreadsheets, record results, and enter information into the company’s internal system for generating reports. * Conduct equipment and laboratory instrumentation calibration checks and validity assessments, recommending necessary adjustments to ensure result and reporting quality. * Maintain equipment, glassware, instrumentation, and work supplies in operational condition and properly organized, performing cleaning and correct storage after use. • Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization, as well as proper maintenance of tools and equipment, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. • Carry out other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and possesses the required knowledge and experience. * Observe environmental damage prevention and control standards, practice conscious water and energy consumption, reduce waste, reuse materials, and protect company assets under one’s responsibility. * Comply with company internal policies, standards and procedures, general legal obligations (e.g., labor laws, job-specific regulations, etc.), and established quality standards. Observe occupational safety, health, hygiene, and workplace safety standards, actively preventing incidents and accidents, and assuming responsibility for one’s own physical safety and integrity, as well as that of colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
