We seek a Civil Engineer passionate about land subdivision and condominium projects who wishes to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** Oversee and supervise infrastructure construction works for land subdivisions/condominiums. Analyze and coordinate technical projects (urban planning, drainage, water supply, sewage, earthworks, and pavement). Coordinate designers, suppliers, and construction teams. Ensure construction works comply with approved designs and technical standards. Monitor schedules, quantity surveys, and physical progress of construction works. Prepare technical reports and track construction performance indicators. Support resolution of technical issues during construction execution. Perform other related duties. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. Proven experience in developing land subdivisions or gated condominiums (portfolio required). Experience in infrastructure supervision and monitoring, project coordination, and technical analysis. Solid experience in infrastructure projects for land subdivisions or horizontal condominiums. Proficiency in applicable technical standards and legislation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent software. Personal transportation is required for travel between construction sites. **Benefits:** Competitive market-aligned compensation.
