Job Summary: Responsible for creating, editing, and managing Revit models; performing critical project analysis; interdisciplinary coordination; and preparing technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in creating and managing highly detailed BIM models (Revit). 2. Conducting critical analysis and coordination of various complementary projects. 3. Preparing technical documentation and supporting on-site implementation of solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create, edit, and manage highly detailed Revit models; * Perform critical analysis of complementary projects (structural, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, gas, electrical, etc.); * Coordinate across disciplines to identify interferences and propose technical solutions; * Extract material quantities from Revit and support budget estimations; * Prepare technical documentation for construction (execution drawings, details, revisions); * Generate and review file exports (IFC, DWG, PDF); * Direct interface with designers, external consultants, and internal engineering teams; * Support technical monitoring of on-site implemented solutions; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Relevant experience in the responsibilities described; * Completed degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related fields; * Proficiency in reading various types of drawings (architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, fire protection); * Proficiency in computer graphics; * Knowledge and practical experience with Revit/BIM; Working hours: Monday to Friday.
