Job Summary: Portonave is seeking an Electrical Engineer to prepare RFPs, analyze proposals and projects, and oversee electrical installation works, ensuring compliance and project control. Review the job requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with active CREA registration; * Experience in technical analysis of projects; * Experience in construction monitoring and supervision; * Advanced English. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare RFPs for contracting electrical services; * Analyze technical proposals, evaluating competencies and alignment with scope; * Conduct technical analysis of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and operational needs; * Manage project controls and updates of electrical installations; * Monitor execution of electrical installation works
