A Security and Facilities company is seeking a Security Guard in Itapema. FT Group is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. Focused on transforming businesses through digitalization, it offers services ranging from consulting to software development. **Responsibilities:** Conduct security patrols within company facilities to ensure protection of assets and the safety of employees and visitors. Monitor security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to identify and respond to potential threats or suspicious activities. Control access of people and vehicles to company premises by verifying identities and entry authorizations. Provide assistance during emergencies—such as fires, accidents, or unauthorized intrusions—following established safety procedures. Collaborate with internal and external security teams—including police and fire departments—to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals. Maintain accurate records of incidents, security reports, and other security-related activities. Participate in regular security training and keep up-to-date with emergency procedures and security protocols. Ensure the integrity and proper maintenance of security equipment—including two-way radios, bulletproof vests, and firearms—where applicable.
