Providing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to all individuals, regardless of age, color, nationality, citizenship, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, socioeconomic status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law, is part of Emergent Cold’s values and code of conduct. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Primary Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform and technically supervise medium- and high-complexity mechanical maintenance services, including assembly and disassembly of machines and equipment, assemblies and subassemblies, repairing or replacing parts and components, as well as executing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and associated accessories; perform lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations according to each machine’s specifications using appropriate tools and instruments, aiming to ensure availability, service life, and operational continuity in accordance with required quality and safety standards, meeting operational planning deadlines. * Maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as: (Refrigeration racks, plug-in combined units, hermetic and semi\-hermetic compressors, evaporators, condensers). * Welding on general copper refrigeration lines. * Preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment. * Maintenance of rigid doors, rapid doors, sectional doors, emergency doors, and refrigerated panels. * Programming and parameterization of refrigeration controllers; compressor and electromechanical/electronic refrigeration component replacement. * Monitoring and interpretation of equipment parameters (temperature, humidity, suction and discharge pressure, among others). * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on doors, windows, roofs, and coverings, including repairs to locks and hinges. * Electrical maintenance of electrical panels and control systems; replacement of electrical components; installation of electrical infrastructure and outlets. * Application of waterproofing coatings when necessary to prevent infiltration and structural damage. * Assisting in renovation or expansion projects, following plans established by the engineering or architecture team. * Performing minor repairs on civil-related hydraulic installations, such as pipe unclogging or water tank repairs. * Adhering to workplace safety standards in all activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms (NR). * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of work areas, ensuring proper disposal of construction waste and materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school and/or technical education in construction, mechanics, or electricity; * Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic; **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities.** **Additional Information** **Benefits** Emergent Cold LatAm strives to offer high-quality benefits that support your well-being and that of your family members (spouse and children): Meal Allowance \+ Food Voucher \+ Medical Assistance \+ Dental Assistance \+ Pharmacy Partnership \+ Transportation \+ Life Insurance \+ Fleury Telemedicine \+ Corporate University.
