Our client is a construction and real estate development company seeking a student to assist in carrying out architecture-related activities, providing support to projects, construction sites, and the department's technical routines. **Responsibilities:** Assist in the creation of floor plans, sketches, drawings, and conceptual images; Prepare budgets required for project development; Monitor construction sites and support the technical team’s requests; Follow up and assist in the creation and development of architectural and related projects; Participate in conceptual studies and feasibility analyses for future projects; Submit and track project approvals with relevant authorities; Organize files, documents, and materials related to projects; Contribute to continuous improvements in work routines. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Architecture; **Must have completed the following courses:** Architectural Technical Drawing, Perspective, Observation, Structural Systems, and Sustainability; Ability to read engineering drawings and spatial interpretation (preferably using CAD); Excellent text comprehension and strong writing skills; Strong creative research ability and synthesis skills; Smartphone and practical knowledge of computerized systems; Proficiency in design and project software (CAD, SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, among others); Efficiency in task execution; Commitment to deadlines and deliverables; Proactive attitude and good organizational skills; Self-discipline and self-taught profile; Assertive communication; Willingness to learn and grow within the company. **Preferred Qualifications:** Ability to read technical texts in English; File management using Office 365; Experience with Google Maps and Google Earth; Intermediate/advanced knowledge of computerized systems such as: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook; Web browsers; Architecture and engineering software. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Workload:** 30 hours per week **Compensation:** Competitive, negotiable **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
