Job Description: Education: * Required: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related fields * Preferred: Specialization in Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Transportation Modes, and/or related areas. Competencies: * Proficiency in MS Project for schedule and environmental milestone tracking; * Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and executive reports; * Proficiency in database analysis and management, including data structuring, cross-referencing, and validation across multiple formats (Excel, SQL, SharePoint, etc.); * Experience in environmental licensing (Preliminary License – LP, Installation License – LI, Operating License – LO, CETESB, IBAMA); * Knowledge of conditional requirement management and audits; * Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS); * Ability to plan and analyze socio-environmental risks; * Capability to integrate environmental and land registry databases; * Understanding of environmental compliance and audits (IFC Performance Standards, ISO 14001, BNDES); * Preferred experience in road or railway infrastructure projects. The professional will serve as the focal point for projects and environmental governance, ensuring integrated management, schedule control, and monitoring of indicators for environmental programs and obligations linked to the concession agreement. The professional will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and consolidating information on licensing, conditional requirements, environmental programs, and audits, using project management tools (MS Project) and data intelligence tools (Power BI). Monitor the portfolio of environmental projects under the Executive Environmental Management Department, ensuring alignment with contractual and construction schedules. Control timelines for environmental licensing (LP, LI, LO) and conditional requirements with environmental agencies (CETESB, IBAMA, state and municipal secretariats). Establish environmental governance frameworks, standardizing tracking models, reporting formats, and executive dashboards. Consolidate technical and financial information from environmental contracts and external consulting services. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating environmental, expropriation, and construction databases. Update schedules and delivery milestones in MS Project, ensuring integration with other departments (engineering, land management, social, legal). Prepare performance reports (environmental KPIs, status reports, risk dashboards). Track action plans and non-conformities arising from environmental audits. Support governance of environmental and PMO tactical committees by organizing meeting minutes and decision-making materials. Drive continuous improvement of environmental management processes by proposing automation solutions and new controls.
