Job Summary: An accounting professional to execute and monitor processes, prepare financial reports, provide tax support, and guide customers on accounting obligations. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute and monitor clients' accounting processes, including accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and analysis of tax and accounting documents. * Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports. * Provide tax department support regarding calculation of direct and indirect taxes. * Organize and archive clients' accounting documents. * Perform analysis and review of accounting and financial reports to ensure data quality and accuracy. * Support customers by guiding\-them on accounting obligations, clarifying doubts, and providing information. REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS * Accounting Technician qualification or Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Prior experience in the accounting field, preferably in an accounting firm. * Knowledge of accounting systems. REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS * Postgraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Active CRC certification. * Knowledge of accounting management systems (e.g., Questor, TOTVS). * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. * Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
