




Job Summary: Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for assignors, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and transparent communication while mitigating risks. Key Highlights: 1. Guiding and accompanying assignors through to their first transaction. 2. Reviewing visit reports and requesting documentation. 3. Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. **Key Responsibilities:** Facilitate assignors' registration and integration into the fund, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and transparent communication, while contributing to risk mitigation and alignment with strategic partners. * Guide assignors through the onboarding process; * Participate in online visits to formally introduce yourself to the assignor and explain that you will accompany them until their first transaction; * Review visit reports prepared by external agents; * Request required documentation for registration; * Monitor the assignor's completion of their first transaction; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Must reside in Itapema or have easy access to it. **Working Hours:** Business hours, Monday through Friday. **Compensation:** Fixed salary between R$3.000,00 and R$3.500,00 (based on experience) + benefits package
