Job Summary: Responsible for serving young people, parents, and guardians in apprenticeship and training programs, aiming to transform realities and reduce social vulnerability, as well as monitoring compliance with the Apprenticeship Law at partner companies. Monitor compliance with the Apprenticeship Law at partner companies **Description of duties the professional will perform:** Responsible for serving young people, parents, or legal guardians in the Apprenticeship and Training Program, to support their development and enable them to transform their reality and overcome vulnerability. Conduct social on-call services, home visits, and social actions, responding to requests from the Monitoring, Education and Apprenticeship, Institutional Relations, Customer Service Center, and partner companies. Administer and guide young people in completing the socioeconomic assessment during program admission, using the questionnaire available via the apprentice’s channel. Organize income-generation workshops for local residents, parents, and guardians of young people enrolled in Socio-Apprenticeship Programs, based on territorial mapping. Prepare reports and assessments documenting performed activities to build service recipient histories through systematic entries. Serve young people and apprentices upon request from Institutional Relations and Educational departments, providing professional guidance and social intervention as needed. Conduct coexistence and integration workshops with young people and/or their guardians, aligned with specific themes. Adhere to action and workshop development parameters defined by the DS - Matrix Unit. Conduct technical visits to partner companies, implementing necessary interventions, monitoring compliance with the Apprenticeship Law, clarifying tutors’ questions regarding practical apprenticeship training, and validating the conformity of activities performed by apprentices in practical training. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Work Active CRESS registration Experience in related activities Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Apprenticeship programs or social projects (Preferred) * Socio-assistance services to youth and families (Preferred) License/Certification: * CRESS (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
