Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for active and inbound lead prospecting, opportunity qualification, and direct customer engagement—including negotiation and performance metric tracking. Participation in events to generate business opportunities and close deals The role is based at a company specializing in medical equipment and products, located in Praia Brava, Itajaí - SC. **Responsibilities:** . Active and inbound lead prospecting across all of Brazil; . Opportunity qualification and registration in the corporate CRM; . Routing leads to regional consultants according to location; . Direct lead handling in regions without consultants, including negotiation and commission receipt; . Tracking of conversion metrics and KPIs; . Participation in courses, congresses, and training sessions with physicians across Brazil to generate business opportunities and close deals (on weekends, as applicable). **Requirements:** . Prior experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Pre-sales, or related roles; . Familiarity with CRM systems and lead qualification techniques; . Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; . Ability to manage high volumes of leads across multiple regions; . Experience in healthcare or medical technology sectors; .
