Ensures on-time delivery and quality JOB OPENING: OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR – LOGISTICS (Night Shift) **Location:** SC-407 Highway, Km 3, 3479, Alto Biguaçu Neighborhood, Biguaçu/SC, 3 km from BR 101\. **Company:** CDLOG Logistics **Schedule:** 10:00 PM to 6:57 AM\. Responsibilities: * Supervise logistics operations (collection, delivery, and distribution); * Monitor performance indicators; * Manage team of drivers and assistants; * Control working hours, time tracking, and team productivity; * Ensure on-time delivery and quality; * Conduct operational alignment meetings and client discussions; * Support route planning and reduction of operational costs. Requirements: * Proven experience in logistics; * Prior experience as an Operational Supervisor; * Knowledge of team management; * Familiarity with transportation and distribution routines; * Basic understanding of logistics KPIs; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in freight transportation companies; * Familiarity with tracking systems; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
