Operational support and billing **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Scheduling of cargoes and vehicles in Rodopar. * Issuance of transportation documents (Service Orders, CTRC, Invoices, manifests). * Customer service and support to traffic/driver teams. * Scheduling of pickups and deliveries. * Control of aggregates (documents, CIOT, payments, and performance). * Updating spreadsheets and organizing travel documents. * Recording invoices, tolls, and expenses. * General operational and billing support. **Desired Qualifications:** * Minimum of **2 years** experience in a freight transport company; * Experience with the **Rodopar system**; * Currently pursuing a **bachelor's degree**.
