Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating vehicles to transport people and materials, as well as assisting with inventory and logistics operations at the Unimed Litoral Distribution Center. Maintenance and preservation of vehicles **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Location:** Unimed Litoral Maternity Hospital \- Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** Distribution Center **Requirements:** Completed High School; Basic computer skills; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Driver's License Category C; **Job Mission:** Operate cooperative-owned vehicles to transport directors, employees, materials, and documents according to departmental needs, while complying with traffic laws. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Obey traffic regulations. 2\. Operate vehicles to deliver, collect, transfer, and transport mailbags, documents, and supplies among Unimed branches. 3\. Ensure vehicles are refueled and lubricated. 4\. Regularly inspect vehicle functionality under one’s responsibility and coordinate repairs with the leasing company for any defects. 5\. Replace tires during service, when necessary. 6\. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preservation. 7\. Immediately notify leadership in case of any vehicle accident or incident. 8\. Return vehicles to designated parking areas upon completion of service. 9\. Daily handle mailbag distribution among Unimed branches. 10\. Use corporate mobile phone. 11\. Operate vehicles to deliver and collect documents between Unimed branches or travel to other locations. 12\. Refuel the fleet of vehicles. 13\. Deliver inventory items to requesting departments. 14\. Provide customer service to suppliers and colleagues via telephone, email, and/or in person. 15\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of desks, shelves, counters, and other spaces. 16\. Store products in their designated locations. 17\. Assist suppliers during goods receipt verification against purchase orders, checking brand and invoiced value versus purchasing department’s estimated value. 18\. Process inter-location product transfer requests and requisitions. 19\. Fulfill departmental material requisitions. 20\. Deliver products to departments according to demand. 21\. Print product barcode labels. 22\. Assist in inventory audits whenever required by leadership. 23\. Register incoming product invoices in the system. 24\. Organize products to ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) rotation based on expiration dates. 25\. Forward invoices to the Finance Department. 26\. Keep inventory items organized and properly labeled. 27\. Pick products per area request and pack them appropriately for delivery. 28\. Label products for identification and control. 29\. Monitor internal customer verification during product receipt. 30\. Timely fulfill departmental requests for products. 31\. Perform other related duties as assigned by superior management, consistent with operational unit responsibilities and job nature.
