Job Summary: This professional will coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, safety, productivity, and proper resource utilization. ZAH Empreendimentos expects this professional to be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all construction activities, ensuring compliance with the schedule, service quality, workplace safety, team productivity, and correct use of materials and equipment, in accordance with project specifications, technical standards, and company procedures. **Education and Experience** * Completed High School; * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in residential, commercial, or industrial building construction; * Experience in team management and vertical construction monitoring. * Technical course in Building Construction or Civil Engineering, Leadership, and Occupational Safety is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate internal and third-party teams executing construction activities; * Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to supervisors, team leaders, and workers; * Monitor the physical construction schedule, ensuring established deadlines are met; * Interpret architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, and other discipline-related drawings; * Ensure services are executed per project specifications, technical requirements, and applicable regulations; * Inspect the quality of completed work; * Monitor labor productivity; * Request, verify, and control materials, tools, and equipment used on site; * Monitor measurements of completed work; * Ensure site organization and cleanliness; * Enforce compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Support engineers and coordination in resolving on-site technical issues; * Record field information, physical progress, and site occurrences; * Participate in alignment and operational planning meetings; * Support waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. **Our Benefits** * Health/Pharmacy and Dental Plan – Tem Mais Saúde; * MediQuo – online medical consultations, therapy, and nutrition; * TotalPass; * Healthy snacks provided by the company; * Collaborative work environment offering autonomy and responsibility for performing tasks and developing competencies; * Optional health plan (Unimed), with 50% of the monthly premium subsidized by the company. **Work Location** Rua 284, 660 \- sala 02 \- Meia Praia, Itapema – SC
