Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing collections, analyzing delinquency, executing Credit Analysis routines, and auditing financial processes to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Management and collection of outstanding invoices and negotiation with customers 2. Analysis and control of delinquency with corrective measures 3. Execution of Credit Analysis routines and relationship management with banks Responsibilities: \* Management and collection of outstanding invoices, including customer negotiation, calculation of interest/penalties, credit reporting, and legal action when necessary. \* Analysis and control of delinquency, implementing corrective measures according to authority levels and internal policies. \* Execution of Credit Analysis routines, including customer onboarding, validation, credit approval, blocking/unblocking of limits, and coordination with credit bureaus and banks. \* Development, updating, and implementation of the credit policy, including reciprocity files and credit assignment documentation. \* Auditing of financial processes across branches, identification of non-conformities, training, and support for finance teams. \* Administrative support activities, including bonuses, fleet management, insurance, fines, and expense and travel control. \* Participation in continuous improvement programs, training, process standardization, and departmental organization.
